1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ORDER CANCELLATION
1.1 Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, by returning the Products purchased on the Website within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to: info@saraburglar.it, including:
(i) a statement expressing the intent to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code;
(ii) the specification of the products for which the Customer wishes to withdraw;
(iii) the order number provided by Sara Burglar S.r.l. at the time of purchase confirmation.
1.3 To complete the withdrawal process, the Customer must also send, to the same email address listed in 1.2, proof of shipment (by courier or registered mail) of the Products to:

This proof can be sent together with the initial withdrawal email or separately, but in any case no later than 5 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
1.4 In the case of a valid withdrawal, Sara Burglar S.r.l. will refund the full price of the Products, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were sent: unworn, unused, undamaged, accompanied by the original receipt, the authenticity tag and the return label intact. Products must be returned in their original packaging. If the original box is damaged, an equivalent box in size and strength may be used.
1.5 Sara Burglar S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns of any Products that do not meet these conditions. In the case of defective Products, the provisions in paragraph 4 “Defects of Conformity” apply. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
1.6 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Any costs incurred by the Customer for returning items will not be reimbursed.
1.7 Sara Burglar S.r.l. undertakes to refund the Customer without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice, in accordance with Article 54 of the Consumer Code. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
1.8 Products subject to withdrawal must be returned by courier or registered mail, keeping the shipment tracking information (as indicated in section 1.3), to ensure traceability. It is also recommended to insure the full value of the goods, as Sara Burglar S.r.l. will not be liable for refunds or compensation for Products that were:
(i) damaged during return due to circumstances beyond its control;
(ii) not properly delivered due to loss, theft or other reasons not attributable to the company.
1.9 If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel an order already placed, they must send an email to info@saraburglar.it as soon as possible and, in any case, before receiving the shipping confirmation email.
Sara Burglar S.r.l. will do its best to fulfill the request. However, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. Products may still be returned, following the above-described withdrawal policy.
2. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
2.1 In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, or return is excluded for orders of customized Products, such as items featuring names or engravings specifically requested by the Customer (e.g., initials on the Product), without prejudice to paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 below.
The Customer acknowledges that the digital representation of the customization on the Website may differ from the final product. Images and photos of engravings may not reflect the actual appearance of the final product.
3. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
3.1 Sara Burglar S.r.l. allows Customers to request an exchange for Products purchased on the Website. The following procedure must be followed.
3.2 If the Customer is not fully satisfied or believes there is a discrepancy with the order, they must retain all delivery documentation and the Product in its original packaging, and immediately contact Sara Burglar S.r.l. at info@saraburglar.it, following the withdrawal procedure outlined in paragraph 1.
3.3 The Product to be exchanged must be returned in its original condition, as outlined in paragraph 1.4.
3.4 Please note: in the case of an exchange, the amount paid will first be refunded using the same payment method (as stated in paragraph 6 of the General Sales Conditions), and then a new transaction for the new item will be processed.
3.5 Processing of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.
3.6 Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense.
3.7 The replacement Product will be shipped free of charge only if the exchange is due to a Product defect, as defined in paragraph 4.
4. DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY
4.1 If a Product sold by Sara Burglar S.r.l. shows a manufacturing defect or any other conformity issue, the Customer must immediately contact customer service at: info@saraburglar.it
4.2 The legal guarantees provided under Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code apply. The Customer has the right to have the Product brought into conformity at no cost, through repair or replacement. If these remedies are not possible, the Customer is entitled to an appropriate price reduction or cancellation of the contract.
These rights are forfeited if the defect is not reported within two months from the date of discovery. Legal action must be taken within 24 months from the date of delivery, unless the defect was fraudulently concealed.
5. ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
5.1 Sara Burglar S.r.l. aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the description and sale of Products on the Website. While all efforts are made to ensure that descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, errors may occur.
Due to the digital presentation of the Products, colors and appearances may vary depending on the device and browser used.
Sara Burglar S.r.l. reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been submitted, and may update information at any time without prior notice.
These differences shall not be considered defects in conformity of the ordered Products.
6. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Sara Burglar S.r.l. guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Website. “Sara Burglar” and “Burglar Jeans” branded items are made with premium materials, crafted by artisans, and are entirely MADE IN ITALY.
6.2 The "Sara Burglar" trademark, as well as all figurative and non-figurative marks, service marks, shape marks (registered or not), and all illustrations, images, and logos protected by copyright, and all intellectual property rights relating to the Products remain the exclusive property of Sara Burglar S.r.l.
All content made available through this Website remains the exclusive property of Sara Burglar S.r.l. and may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, (except for personal, non-commercial use), distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or sold in any form.
6.3 Specifically, the names and trademarks "Sara Burglar" and "Sara Burglar S.r.l.", whether registered or not, are the exclusive property of Sara Burglar S.r.l. and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or sold for any reason or purpose.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted accordingly.
7.2 Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or performance of these General Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Macerata, Italy.
