Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the billing address associated with the credit card, unless otherwise specified by the Customer. A signature by the Customer or a delegate over 18 years of age will be required upon delivery. Deliveries to P.O. boxes will not be accepted.
We kindly ask the Customer to always provide all relevant shipping information: name and surname on the doorbell, full delivery address including all necessary details (house number, building, apartment, etc.), email address, and phone number.
Products will be shipped once Sara Burglar srl has received payment for the order, and in any case, within a maximum of 3 business days from the payment date.
Once the goods leave the courier's warehouse, the Customer will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
From the moment the shipping confirmation email is received, average delivery times will depend on the chosen delivery method. Below are the shipping costs applied for each country:

For each order placed on the Website, Sara Burglar srl will issue a receipt for the shipped products, sent via email or postal mail to the order holder, in accordance with Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The receipt will be based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of order placement. No changes to the receipt will be possible after it has been issued.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly stated in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered via courier from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, public holidays, and local or national holidays.
Attention! In Italy, the following days are holidays and no shipments will be made:
January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 25 and 26.
Estimated delivery times to the location specified by the Customer are shown in the table above. These delivery times may be delayed or changed during the month of August.
Except in cases of force majeure, unforeseen events, or any other cause beyond the Seller’s control, in which case delivery will be automatically extended by the necessary number of days, Products will in any case be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the conclusion of the contract, pursuant to article 61 of the Consumer Code, unless Sara Burglar srl notifies — within this same period or by the last agreed delivery date — of the unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered Products. Such notice may be sent via email. In this case, Sara Burglar srl will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for the unavailable Products.
If the Customer chooses to cancel the order following notification of a delivery delay, any amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date Sara Burglar srl receives the cancellation notice.
The presence of the Customer or their representative is required at the delivery address indicated in the order. Upon delivery by the courier, the Customer must check:
(i) that the number of packages delivered matches the number shown on the transport document (DDT);
(ii) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or other details must be immediately reported in writing on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the delivery receipt is signed without objections, the Customer may not contest the external characteristics of the delivered package.
If the courier attempts delivery and the recipient is not available, a notice will be left with the contact details of the local branch. This will allow the Customer to schedule a new delivery at no additional cost. In this case, we recommend contacting the courier as soon as the delivery notice is received to arrange a new delivery date/time directly. The courier will always attempt a second delivery within 24 hours.
1.11 To check the status of your order, as soon as the goods leave our warehouse you will receive an informative email with the shipping confirmation.
