1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions" or "GTC") apply to all sales of products branded "Sara Burglar", "Burglar Jeans", or "Burglar" (hereinafter referred to as "Products" or "Product") made remotely via the website www.saraburglar.com (hereinafter, the "Website").
1.2 The use of the remote sales service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, the "Customer" or "Customers"), defined as individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, craft, business or professional activities, and who are over 18 years of age (or under 18 with parental/legal guardian authorization).
1.3 The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions, which are made available on the Website, in order to allow knowledge, storage and reproduction in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 ("Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, in particular electronic commerce" – hereinafter, the "E-Commerce Decree").
Contracts concluded with Customers will be stored by the data controller Sara Burglar S.r.l. and made accessible to the Customer via their personal account on the Website.
By using this site, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions of use set forth below, which may be amended at any time and without notice at the sole discretion of Sara Burglar S.r.l. Your continued use of the site after such changes will be considered as unconditional acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. You may download or copy the information and materials provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.
1.4 Contracts concluded through the Website with Sara Burglar S.r.l. are governed by Italian law, specifically Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended (the "Consumer Code") and the aforementioned E-Commerce Decree.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
3.1 Information about the Products, including product codes, is available on the Website, where the Customer can find details about the main characteristics of each Product; for example, leather bags and fashion accessories. The graphical representation of the Products on the Website may differ from reality. For further information, the Customer can contact our company directly.
3.2 All Products are subject to availability. Sara Burglar S.r.l. reserves the right to modify at any time the quantity and/or type of Products that can be purchased online on the Website. Styles, models, and colors described on the Website may change without prior notice. During the order process, an automatic response will inform the Customer of the estimated fulfillment time and/or any unavailability of the ordered Product.
4. PRICE
4.1 Product prices are shown on the Website in Euro and include all applicable taxes or duties. Delivery costs are not included and will be clearly specified in the order form.
4.2 Sara Burglar S.r.l. constantly checks that all prices shown on the Website are correct, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a Product, the Customer will be notified and given the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
4.3 The information on the Website does not constitute an offer by Sara Burglar S.r.l.
5. PURCHASE PROCESS
5.1 The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are stated in the offer for each Product listed on the Website.
5.2 Before submitting a purchase request, Customers are invited to carefully read and understand the instructions provided during the purchase process and these General Conditions, as they will become binding once the contract is concluded.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must fill out and submit to Sara Burglar S.r.l. the order proposal form in electronic format, following the instructions provided on the Website. The Customer must add the Product to the “shopping cart” and, after reading and accepting the General Conditions (with particular reference to delivery charges and withdrawal policy), and after viewing the Privacy Policy, choose the desired payment method and click “proceed with the order”.
5.3 If the Customer needs to correct data entry errors, they must follow the editing process indicated on the Website before submitting the order proposal. In particular, the Customer can modify the quantity of Products to be purchased by adding or removing items from the cart.
5.4 By submitting the order proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood all the instructions provided during the purchase process and fully accept the General Conditions.
5.5 Without prejudice to the data uses described in the Privacy Policy and subject to the Customer’s consent, the order proposal form and Customer data will be retained by Sara Burglar S.r.l. for the period required by current law.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 The Customer may pay for Products and the corresponding delivery costs by credit card.
6.2 Sara Burglar S.r.l. accepts payments via:
Bank Transfer, Stripe
6.3 The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only after:
(i) the card details have been verified;
(ii) the issuing company authorizes the charge; and
(iii) Sara Burglar S.r.l. confirms the availability of the Product and prepares the order for shipment.
6.4 If, for any reason, the charge cannot be completed, the purchase process will be canceled, and the order automatically voided.
7. CONTRACT CONCLUSION
7.1 The contract between Sara Burglar S.r.l. and the Customer is considered concluded when the Customer receives confirmation from Sara Burglar S.r.l. that their order proposal (submitted according to the procedure on the Website) has been accepted, following verification of Product availability and successful payment.
The order proposal will only be binding if the entire purchase process has been completed correctly, without errors.
7.2 Sara Burglar S.r.l. reserves the right to partially fulfill an order if some Products are unavailable. In such cases, the Customer will only be charged for the items actually shipped.
7.3 Sara Burglar S.r.l. is not responsible for any network transmission issues or malfunctions.
7.4 In accordance with Article 13 of the E-Commerce Decree, upon order confirmation, Sara Burglar S.r.l. will send the Customer a summary via email including: the General Conditions, essential characteristics of the Products, detailed pricing and payment methods, delivery costs, withdrawal terms (including exclusions for customized Products), the Seller’s contact details for complaints, customer support services, and existing warranties.
The Customer must verify the content and report any errors immediately.
8. INVALID ORDER PROPOSALS
8.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 7, no order proposal shall be deemed accepted, and no contract concluded, if Sara Burglar S.r.l. has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer:
(i) intends to purchase Products for professional or business purposes, contrary to paragraph 1.2;
(ii) does not have a genuine interest in purchasing the Products;
(iii) is misusing the right of withdrawal referred to in paragraph 13.
8.2 In such cases, the order proposal shall be deemed invalid and ineffective. Sara Burglar S.r.l. will notify the Customer via email and cancel any charges or commitments.
9. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
9.1 Sara Burglar S.r.l. guarantees the authenticity of all Products purchased on the Website. Products under the brands “Sara Burglar”, “Burglar Jeans”, and “Burglar” are made with the finest materials, crafted by artisans, and are entirely and strictly MADE IN ITALY.
9.2 The “Sara Burglar” trademark and all figurative and non-figurative marks, service marks, shape marks (registered or not), and all illustrations, images, and logos protected by copyright, and more generally all intellectual property rights related to the Products, are the exclusive property of Sara Burglar S.r.l.
All information, images, photos, trademarks, and materials on this Website remain the exclusive property of Sara Burglar S.r.l.
Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to reproduce, in whole or in part (except for personal, non-commercial use), distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or sell any content, information, or material from this Website.
In particular, the names and trademarks “Sara Burglar” and “Burglar Jeans”, whether registered or not, remain the exclusive property of Sara Burglar S.r.l. and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or sold for any reason.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 These General Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
10.2 Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, or execution of these General Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile.
